This account has traditionally been Gal and is my money maker, financing my shenanigans. Still have 350+ Proto suits from the Knifing event on my Minja so no danger of it really costing me much, but i plan on going back into FW now that it's fixed (it was so damn boring) KRRROOOOOOM

Done eHP is not everything. Pros of my Suit over yours: Sprints faster, longer, and more often. Hacks almost twice as fast Knives can kill almost any hard target easily. You will have to kite or run from heavies I can dodge your scans. You need to run a precision if you are a cal. You sacrifice so much potential. (I can also scan all undamped cal scouts!) Higher melee damage Cons: Less overall eHP. Less eHP Regen. You have +10 HP/s and 1 sec faster recharge and delay times. Granted, this is a comparison between a PRO Min scout and an ADV Cal scout. But seeing what you were fitting the suit with, you would make a PRO Cal just as bad. Shield Extenders are nice, but you lack utility. Repeat after me: eHP IS NOT EVERYTHING Notice the huge amount of UTILITY in my scout. Hack Speed Assassination abilites Higher Overall Mobility Min Scouts are hard mode for a reason. Their true strength isn't really in the stats. It's about using it's versatility to be as large a benefit to your team as you can. My Tactics: (For what it's worth) When I run with a squad, I generally run a bit ahead of a squad of a Heavy or two, a logi, and an assault or two. I am the spearhead of the assault. I get in quick, do a check to tell them what they are about to run into, and to try and take down unaware targets before the flank hits. Kill a target. Run as they target me. In comes squad with the flank. I maneuver around and flank the enemy AGAIN as they engage my squad. If they have taken out most of the targets, I mop up the guy pinned behind cover. If there are multiple tangos still up, I flux and spray with SMG. Weakens them, and lets the squad move up. This normally makes quick work of squads. I go for the hack, and they cover. We flip the objective FAST because I have Complex Codebreakers on my squad. Roughly a 5 second hack. Most of the time, the squad doesn't even have half a chance to spawn back in. Secure, and check for possible late spawns. Rep, Resupply and and we pick a direction to run in. Logi throws a quick beam scan in the direction we head so that I know where to look. Rinse and Repeat. Scouts are more fun when you are the only one in the squad I got my cloak and daggers, I'm a very happy Ghost I hack at Mach V

So I gunned him down with my Toxin SMG. I was a very easy target if he knew what he was doing I never should have killed him. I'm not usually one for jumping the gun on these things but I'm concerned that all the QQ will convince CCP to do something much more stupid to nerf cloaks, like that ridiculous suggestion to make it shimmer MORE when stood still! I see no reason why you should be able to be cloaked AND unscannable by the best scanning things in the game - if you're already running a dampener and cloaked (without the cloak bonus) only caldari scouts or high precision scouts or logis will be able to passive scan you - I think that's reasonable. Having the profile bonus to ALL cloaks at the same amount for ALL levels means that a logi (or even commando!) can put on a basic cloak and actually make good use of it (even when the 25% fittings reduction is fixed), whilst it should really only be viable for scouts.
