Killboard Changes:
The Registry has added a new metric to the KillBoard, represented by a (+) or (-) value next to the name of each Scout. This value will track the total change in your KDR since the release of Uprising 1.2.

Announcements
Rich O and Lycuo have taken their place among the Elite Scouts (Tier V), each with over 20,000 kills.

Notes:
Due to character limitation, the Killboard minimum requirement will soon be increased from 1000 to 1250.

I can take a Armor / shield reduction.
I can live with reduction from 6 total slots to 5.
I can live with reduction from 2 equipment to 1 equipment.
I can live with a CPU/PG reduction
I can live with being the most underpowered suit there is.

But i cant live with a speed reduction, that is the ONLY advantage scouts really have.

SO im actually thinking of leaving the Scout ranks too.

But ARs and TACs usually get you if there isnt a corner to duck around. Strafing saved me a good couple of times tonight and then I got away or got stuck on terrain (still ) and got killed
