aight dog. I had mine for about 6 years... had a mosh pit injury, had to take it out for an MRI. Had a nice time having it out for a few days. Since then I have been playing around with having it out for lengths of time.

In my opinion, KDR tells us quite alot about Scouts.

Firstly, the Min/Max/Avg KDR statistics offer us an irrefutable response to the AR-514 guys who claim that Scouts are OP, too fast to kill, etc. If the Scout suit was truly overpowered, the average KDR of a Scout would be much higher than the current ~2.0.

Secondly, our statistics are made readily available so that newcomers, oft enticed by promises of assassin-style play, can see for themselves that a Scout's life is one of hardship. Should they choose this course, they will do so in an informed manner.

Lastly, the KDR change statistic provides for a means of measuring gameplay imbalance for a given build. Theoretically, a player's KDR should increase as he learns the game, accumulates more SP, and hones tactics and gunplay. A trend of declining KDRs -- like the pattern we observe in Uprising 1.2 -- tells us that the current build has somehow disadvantaged the Scout.

The KDR change statistic should not be viewed as a measure of a given Scout's skill or ability to adapt. More accurately, it should be viewed as a whole and used to gauge how heavily the odds are stacked against Scouts in a given build.

We Scouts accept the challenge of Hard Mode, but we have taken to measuring our remaining Community's health due to the mass Exodus we suffered following Uprising 1.0. KDR statistics are a part of this picture. They help us define the upper and lower bounds of combat viability and offer us insight as to why so few Dusters (under 2%) are counted among our Scoutly ranks.

So just curious, what was the point of adding that progression tab in game?

Ah fair enough, New player retention is good to be working on. Did they ask good players for suggestions or...Did they come up with the loadouts. Even I find their loadouts interesting.
