You can get more feedback I could be wrong, but I played exmaple in 6 pc battles for PFBHz and he was in all of them, and he was running annie and calamity's fit aka caldari logi with double catalyzers and shotty ftw I coulda swore, and yes as of now he's a tanker. |

If snipers count you may want to check with trollsroyce and heavenly daughter, cause they might be scout snipers.
Edit: after conferring with a few people, I'm positive maple never ran scout. |

he's possibly the best sniper of all time. He used to have a kdr of 45.11 before he played pc. He might still be a scout. More than exraple ever was 
Edit: Heavenly Daughter also had a kdr over 30, never seen the killer, just been sniped, but I think she's potentially a scout as well. |

Well you do die quick if they find you, for me running scout is not only a suit but also a mindset. Speedtanked suits really die as fast as a scout and can be used in all roles except those of knifers where the minmatar scout is the best I think.

Also:I passed shotty ^-^ now if only my mass driver did a bit more damage I could widen that gap lol guess I need to use shotty/nova knives more love mass driver but it's lacking a defined role:to weak to be a killer, and not enough splash to be area denial. |
