Alright. Fine. And why, exactly, is it impossible to do client updates? We're not talking about something so intensive as entirely new vehicles (Minmatar and Amarr tanks lolol) or entirely new weapons and animations (more heavy weapons than just HMG and Forge lol). We're talking about art that already exists being implemented in a game mode that already exists with spawn points - the code for which already exists.
Can you explain to me why they literally can't do that?
You're literally talking about eliminating half of my game play. I stab, and I snipe. I don't shotgun. I don't PLC. I don't HMG. I stab. And I snipe.
EDIT: Okay, a third. I forgot, I have an alt that I'm training for tanking. So I tank a little, too. Sniping is 1/3 of the entire game for me. With a LOT of SP invested into it, and you're dead set on screwing it over worse than the long series of HP buffs with no buff to the SR class already have made it.

Had a rummage, the only cloak related discussion with a CCP or CPM tag is here, which only mentions that the cloak will not be going away. That is a sort of response to Noob here, but that's just one person. Hardly a consensus and not at all a discussion with Zatara. The last time Zat discussed anything with us was here, and that was about backpedal speed. The only kind of consensus was this, about backpedalling.
So no, we didn't really discuss the cloak with him at all.
Edit: Except maybe here, but that's one suggestion, not really a discussion.

A 300dmg locas if not killing me instantly would leave me very little hp the same as a flux would do to a shield tanked scout. Could be the shock from the explosive interrupted the cloaking device for those wanting a realistic reason.

99% if the time I get fluxed its me doing it to myself when in CQC with a Cal sentinel or clearing equipment.

Lol, the only time IWS hasn't been terrible is when he agreed with Scouts saying there was no need to nerf the scout suit just to give it a buff.
Again, the Sniper Rifle is severely underperforming, why do you have to include this gigantic list of nerfs to get it anywhere near working?

I use the Ishukone in PC. The Alpha damage of the Charge was never enough to finish off a proto logi and you needed to get a body shot, the charge time was too high. TTK via Ishukone is less than TTK via Charge. Unless they are cloaked scouts running 2 precision, 2 dampener, then the Charge can kill in a body shot.

The charge sniper has a little charge gauge the same place as the Ion Pistol does (for your point of reference) But there is a line 3/4ths of the way up that lets you do a minimum charge. It does 175 damage. RoF is about the same as for the Ishukone when using minimum but does the damage of a tactical.

Imagine your three stats (speed, toughness, recovery) as on a scale of 1-10. The Hunter starts with Speed: 5; Toughness: 2; Recovery: 3
Path Forgotten ads +3 speed; +3 toughness.
Then Way of the Drifter adds +2 speed; +2 Toughness; +2 Recovery
So your final starts are Speed:10; Toughness: 7; Recovery: 5

Make sense That's actually how it works, not just a way to interpret it. Though in-game stats may be valued at 10 for a total of 100.
You have the option to bring any stat to 10. So the lock-in skill adds +10 speed to Hunters, +10 Toughness to Titans, and +10 Recovery to Warlocks
My max level PVP build is gonna be Bladedancer with Arcbolt Grenade, Blink, Vanish, Escape Artist, Path Forgotten, Fleet Footed, Way of the Drifter, and Stalker.
Way of the Hunter looks nice, and it'll be useful before I level up the class skills, but PVP doesn't have enough players in a single game to need a longer duration. Taking Blink over higher jump because spending time in the Beta as a Warlock, whenever I used glide I felt helpless in the air and died too often.

I just want to say this is the worst Idea you guys ever tried to push.
Anything that forces a player not to be able to act is a non-starter. So what is going on in those two seconds?
