True Generally I don't look at the Knife bonus the same as Damage Mods, because it only applies to one weapon, not all sidearms. MOAR Ladders

Wait and see how everything turns out. Its always better to wait and put points in something you know works than to put points in something you know is changing and find they messed that up somehow. I would have thought it would be the other way around. its a difference of having 17db vs 18db on my gal scout. also difference of having 14db vs 15db using 2x cDampeners and 1x bDampener.

How about changing them to +45% to long range scans? So you get a decent scan buff from them but it only affects the outer scan ring, thus preventing precise scans at OP ranges.

If that were possible, that would be fine. I just don't think that something like that would be possible without significant work on CCPs part. I just figured it out because I was always an ewar scout and those values were never on stat screen. when using precision, range, dampening for years you don't notice this kind of thing.
