I'm having difficulty taking it all in.
Extra slots at proto, extra equipment slot while keeping sidearm and grenade, increase in PG/CPU, suit bonuses that are usable, reduced depleted shield recharge delay, increased scan distance, reduced scan profile, increased stamina recharge.
It's all buffs, and it's all good
Only problem is I might need to pick up multiple scout suits now! |

Yup, Gallente scout definitely looks like the best option right now, but I'm excited to be going into the Amarr scout. We'll get 40 extra armor over you guys and will be able to sprint near endlessly. Very excited.

Well... It looks like I can finally say I did not waste 1/6 of all of my SP on my Minmatar scout build. And with these changes, I will not only dust off my scout, but develop those skills even further (once I get into my Minmatar heavy suit)
The 3highs and 3lows layout will give the minmatar scout quite a bit of versatility. Can put on a good shield tank, a good speed tank, or even a decent armour tank, and never mind all the other modules and all the combinations thereof.
All that, plus the two equipment slots... I am almost sad I did not stick to the scout when the times got tough. Almost. |

All good, mistook the Amarr run speed for the Gal one. Should be a noticeable difference between the Mini and the Amarr at a run, about 0.6m a second if the same ratio's hold. |

It looks as though with level 5 Amarr scout dropsuit operations you will not have to run a cardio regulator, which in it's self frees up a low slot.
Actually I think all of the scout suit bonuses allow more freedom with our slot lay outs.

Complex Precision Dampener is 25% Complex Precision Enhancer is 20%
that is unless they're changing something in 1.8 but so far I haven't seen any posts about it.
Caldari Scout base Scan Precision is 45 With level 5 Caldari Scout it is 33.75 With level 5 Precision Enhancement it is 30.375
If you guys have questions or suggestion I am happy to correct / change the chart.
