As for a respec:
Scout all the way.... all the way until the bitter end. Even if I'm the last scout I'll stand alone on a deserted peak with one pistol and a suit with no slots on it that only sprints at 6m/s....
You won't be alone, man ... if I'm playing, I'm a scout. I have a forge gun fit that I almost never use, and a Fossil BPO that I use every once in awhile...
Honestly, just because that suit can carry more explosives
Otherwise ... I'm a scout.
Triple Sp event ... hmmmm. I think I will hang onto my points til I see what's going to happen with 1.8 and beyond.
I can't imagine there's no respec coming ... but knowing one way or the other will influence what I prioritize with those SP. |

Yeah, it seems like the devs have a "dartboard o' development", and it's a big 'nerf scouts' pie with a tiny sliver of 'make game not suck'.

Anyhow, if you don't mind my asking ... Are the only member of CPM who supports a buff for Scouts with no strings attached?

Buzz words, for the win. ^^
Did CCP "lose lock" on what scouts need in terms of buffs for 1.8? They need to "break glass" on this issue and really step up their game to fix scouts... the community has made every attempt to "synergize" with them on this whole issue, but they remain "laser focused" on giving scouts poor upgrades. If this continues I may not be able to "move forward", as I'm not sure if I can "streamline" my play style anymore....
I'm fresh out of options, here CCP. Don't change us if you can't do it right. You need to come up with a "sustainable, market-focused strategy" here.

No, it's called courtesy and respect for others. While it is used in business, it is also used in interpersonal counseling, family counseling, and anger management counseling. eg: http://www.communicationandconflict.com/challenge.html
Obviously, there are people here who feel no need to show respect for others. For those who do, however, this is a key foundational way of how to have a non-inflammatory argument.
There's also those who say, "if you feel like you have to attack the person instead of the argument, that's a sign you know you dont have rational basis for your side of the argument" |

I think in business etiquette a party wants to milk another party and they don't want to negate their chance of doing so by being blunt. In a forum ppl just say their mind. If a person has terrible ideas their ideas are terrible.
Oh, sht! I just learned you can make a signature! Thanks, CCP! Forums are getting better!

Excited for the new weapons coming out, to actually leave my dragonfly scout, and to horse around with the cloak (whatever utility it has). I got 4 mill sp saved up, plus anything I get from the sp event, so this should be fun.
Looking forward to 1.8

Only in low level management will you find strict adherence to this kind of crapola. Once you get into the big leagues, people don't give a **** about your feelings. They care about money.
