Meh, I don't know what the plan is with heavys and HMGs. It really seems odd they are not getting a bonus to a heavy weapon. Especially when rifles are so much better in terms of flexibility; I agree with that sentiment. Perhaps they need to restrict "H" slots to heavy weapons only.
I think some people fail to see that the resistance bonuses are only effective against a single weapon type. So it won't help in all situations.

Caldari and Gallente resist shield damage and armor damage types respectively.
Minmatar and Amarr resist damage from opposing alliance. (The min sentinel had a typo)

Amarr Sentinel Bonus: 3% armor resistance to projectile weapons, 2% shield resistance to hybrid - blaster weapons.
All have blast - which some have speculated are explosive.

Hopefully damping and precision bonuses are innate with the suit reworks.
Same with cloak as equipment - if it is then I'm sure logis would be able to easily use them unless their CPU/PG is also being dropped.

I'm done with scouts if this is the outlook for us. STILL minmitar with the melee bonus...not enough fail for this one. AND the lack of profile bonus....AH!
Cloak will be an activation as well and whats the cost of activation? Unless they lower scouts profile to what scout 5 currently gives us, its not going to be enough.
With only a 50% bonus to fitting of cloak at V it will EASILY be fit by other frames.

Will a 15k piece of equipment easily defeat a 150k proto sneak suit?
One would hope not, given what little sacrifice a Logi makes to carry it.
