Cloak bonus as in dampening?
That increase was removed in lieu of reducing the size percentage size of the inner circle.
Also, I gave up on the cloak. Its annoying, and I won't use it on principle.

If I can't dodge the majority of scans with a cloak and 2x damp, life in PC will be VERY difficult.

Having read somewhere that turning off voice chat can help when it comes to framerates, I've tried it on my own.
The results:
Market, menus, restocking, fitting - all working MUCH faster
Don't have to wait 2 minutes in the begining of the game just to open "TEAM" tab
Less lag - better hit dettection - less deaths - moaaar kills
seriously, try it out if you haven't yet. I'm surprised how much of a difference it makes |

My proposal:
Since it is not fair that active scanners got left out when the rest of the equipment got nerfed in order to give Logis bonuses to racial equipment I think it is time to fix that.
Reduce Active Scanner visibility duration by 50%.
Gal Logi already has a 50% bonus to visibility duration, so this change is fair, much needed, we don't need to discuss this, just implement it, **** scans, thanks.

Apart from that my graphics settings are set to low as always. ;)
That gives me an idea to try it on high settings. |
