Isn't the hacking bonus already inate? I think Rattati's logic is giving only 2 bonuses to each suit. And to the self-serving part:About 50% of my posts are related to fixing scouts. Of those 50% about 60% are about the minja specifically. The other 40% are about other scouts, and the other 50% is about whatever needs some love ATM (mostly: NPE and assaults, and nerfing heavies) I think we can all agree that those are not self serving, except maybe nerfing heavies, though that affects everyone equally, and is perhaps even better for med frames who get lolstomped by every scrub with an HMG "Minmitar Scout" and "Masochist" are synonyms.
