Just went 17/3 running this 27k loadout.
5.0+ is better than my average Proto SG performance.

I just want to say, absolute ripping matches Jolly, Tyjus, and Prophet, as well as Vyzion and Reav should they read up on scouts. Great fun.

Also, what is the scout community's opinion of Scouts who use controversial and "unscoutly" weapons, like me. I use the Breach AR and MD and I'm surprised I haven't gotten personal flak for it.

Bounty Hunting on Grigoriy RUSS

For 2 last days i got serios fight on russian "facebook" about scouts & vid "Rise of The Scout". The guy is saying that J0LLY R0G3R have no skill & it's just some lucky moments montage. We need to defend Scouts Honor & teach that scrub what we scouts capable of when we angry & bounty hunting.
He is my ex corp mate, but you can't just say such bad things about hard life of scouts & our vids

So i placing bounty for 20 kills:
250k isk for Shotgun or RE kill
500k isk for Nova Knife or Melee kill
You must be in scout or light suit.

Rarely playing solo, most likely you will encounter half or full squad size of average threat lvl scrubs, possibly with 2 tanks.

I'm with Jolly on the weapons. I use a TAR for close support work because I don't want to skill into snipers but ARs let me fill a similar role. And honestly, I thought this was a scout support group, the weapon elitests tend to hangout in the nerf threads... ^ ^

Short Anectdote

I got myself two levels in Profile Dampening now (told you I'd keep you updated). I seem to be stealthier. I was playing Domination and running around with my Scrambler Rifle. Some medium is taking a stroll. This is where I believe the Scrambler Rifle is superior to the Tactical Assault Rifle. I jumped on down and strolled right behind his ass. Charged that sucker and popped him dead. I bet he was like "What the hell?"

In essence, Scan Mods + ScR is a pretty nice combo. I've been thinking which is better for it though, range amplifier or profile dampener. I want to say profile mods are best because like the scenario above, ScR is best when undetected for the

lvl3 dampening is all that is needed for a lvl 5 scout. Any scanner that can pick you up at this lvl, will require at least a basic profile dampener to avoid, even if you had lvl5 in dampening. & from my tests, passive scanning is very unreliable. I've tested fits w/ 1 complex precision enhancer & then 3 plus 2 range extenders, with no noticeable difference(bug maybe?). Scanners are far more reliable.

Same experience at dampening Lvl(3), racial scout Lvl(5).
Generally beating scanners with passive profile.
If I'm getting scanned -- which is rare -- I swap out to one basic dampener.
Best I can tell, I'm not showing up on passive scans (unless of course, they're looking at me).

Its crazy seeing a fast scout from a assault perspective if you don't see them first or don't have the better gear your pretty much dead. Also this is my Pub scout set up

Its crazy seeing a fast scout from a assault perspective if you don't see them first or don't have the better gear your pretty much dead. Also this is my Pub scout set up
