Anyone else making the switch from Minmatar to Gallente in 1.8? Was thinking about Caldari Scout for a bit because it sounds like they may be effectively "always on" active scanners, but the lack of low slots concerns me. Should be fun either way. Will probably pick up Minmatar Scout later on again down the road.

Was hella fun part from one match where lag made my shotty and rr hit detection go poop but things happen and still fun. Found two scouts from edge of darkness (balls to l33t speak and I cant remember where the numbers go XD) who are awesome dudes so I highly recommend squading with ( they also enjoyed my filthy version of high ho high ho) so if you see a 500 armour scout stand and delivering with a rr. Sentinels usually give me more problems than Commandos. I'm glad CCP don't seem to be nerfing RE in 1.8. SG Scout. I enjoy killing Heavies, Snipers, and Scanemies

If you use it to kill shields, you have to be within say 8 meters (effective range not optimum). Then switch out to a ranged weapon!?! Why then not use a ranged weapon to kill shields and switch to another ranged weapon for armor and stay out of HMG range altogether.... It's a nerf. Period.

The RoF is still 85.71 RPM and breach is still 60 RPM. Didn't notice any changes to damage or anything else. I'll leave SG prof for later. Maybe get complex Myofibril... SG Scout.
