A range extender buff would benefit logis more than assaults though as they already have a higher base scan range. Personally I use range extenders on my logi fits more than my scouts.
Maybe logis need a different buff. Do they still need to be slow?

Do they still need to be slow? buff them with a 2nd equipment bonus per racial. so for example a min would be good with repair and nanohives. make it so changing suits destroys equipment. Logi now needed more than ever and needed for more than just the 10s it takes to drop equipment. How many scouts are going to run uplinks scout a full match? you want to run speedy uplink scout to get your squad to an objective then dont change to your RE scout till your squad spawns in.

These are good questions for is Cross Atu; he's maintaining a huge thread on the subject.
As for an additional buff to Range Extenders, I only hesitate on account of the CalScout (leads the pack 91m). And before we jump to "nerf the CalScout scans" I'd point out that this is only thing he can do well apart from stacking HP.

My tough... Discuss need more then glow while hacking. I would say pulsating bright neon green with at least 10 arrows pointing as they rotate around the scout flashing yellow and on top of that any dmg taken while hacking get a 100x multiplier with full auto aim assist to anyone in weapon range of the scout. I mean really a glow while hacking? cmon OBJECTIVE is flashing that it is being hacked and you see nobody at the terminal kinda gives that one away. if your camping a CRU, Turret, etc and you missed the shimmer run up to it. then your not a very good camper. Or if you don't circle around CRU, Turrets, etc looking for the slight blur or reticle to turn orange/red (not sure with my eyes) then maybe you should just learn to be in less of a hurry and actually TRY to find them. Now the other points I can see the point of to a degree. lose the angle give HP buff longer cooldown on cloaks give a HP buff you see I dont play the 800HP scout so that added intel and cooldown copensates for my lack of HP. I cant tank a shot poping out to see what direction enemy is facing. and cooldown is for my rapid escape because I can not tank Hits running away in an open field of enemy. Now finally the NK tank dmg. LOL yes that is a joke to me too. a plasma knife can do dmg to a tank but my plasma rifle, shotgun and pistol can not. I support nova knife tank hunting, there are so many scifi "reasons" why a glowing plasma blade would be able to cut open a tank, star wars, 40k, cyberpunk, and bullets wouldn't.

My tough... Discuss We have the directional radar dot listed as a bug. The bug is instead of a dot with direciton marker you get a chevron with pointed end being the back side of merc it represents. Correct. The chevron indicates that the unit is one of the newer suits introduced later in Uprising; the open end of the chevron tells you which direction he's facing. The difference between old/new markers (vector or chevron) is purely cosmetic. Addressing the bug will not address Morathi's point (unit orientation can be observed via TacNet minimap provided unit is scanned and in range).

My tough... Discuss
For the new guys in the bar ...
Morathi here was one of the Scout Registry's original top-tier Scouts, ranked alongside legends like Radar, Lightning xVx and Marauder. For reasons which remain unclear, this Scout Hero was biomassed. Following his loss, not a drink was poured or word spoken downstairs for three days. The women and the children cried. For an entire month, Bojo the Mighty told no jokes and Surt Gods End vowed never again to take a new woman ... on a weekday. Travi Zyg retired his second favorite knife in tribute; it is rumored that to this day he only carries one blade into battle.
This mentor and hero is forever lost, though a part of his spirit has returned to us in the form of a French-Canadian scrub scout who is known by his plasma cannon, Jeanne d'Arc.
Morathi, I will respond to your thoughts once everyone else has had opportunity. Except for the Nova Knife; here you are dead wrong. Slicing a tank to death is the ultimate "f*ck you" and is the most an honorable suicide available to the Scout. So it should remain :P

And no change to splash damage on small missiles. So they can still have shotgun's damage without a direct hit, at a higher rate of fire, from further away, and immune to the majority of infantry. Swarm Launchers included because there's no change to lock-on time or range. Which is ********.
But the Rifles page, "Multiple small tweaks to parameters noone understands" It makes me think of Dee Dee from Dexter's Lab "Ohhhh, what does this button do?"
Sad that my PLC is going to lose more of it's arc because the fall speed isn't increasing.
Though the Boundless Breach Submachine Gun now has the highest effective DPS. That makes me pretty happy. Core Flaylock cost hurts. It hurts a lot. Won't be running that on a scout anymore.
Also, woah! the Magsec is actually goning to have a lower fitting cost than a rail rifle of equal metal value?!
Thank goodness the SMG still costs more to fit than a Combat Rifle
Still no Proto Burst or Proto Breach Scrambler And a huge increase in fitting cost
And the changes to sniper rifle show that it's relegated to a situational tool rather than a legitimate option, and still forces those that want to use it as their primary option into the Caldari Commando suit.

And while the MCC was close, we were down 50 to 60 clones. Is that still considered a close game even if our clones were being slaughtered?
And I have won very few games since team balancing began, where as I won a majority prior. Is this a matter of my Mu being adjusted down to a more realistic number that was over inflated by poor balance previously?
I am just trying to understand the what Mu represents in a more qualitative way.

I am not seeing as many massive blowouts, but I am also not seeing as many truly close games. It is like I am running against the wind now or something.
I can understand whole squads who might be forced to carry teams on their shoulders, but I am running solo and feeling like I am having to do that almost every match.
