Pre 1.8 stat release there were some very, shall we say, contentious discussions regarding the future of scouts, in which Quil had one point of view and number of scouts, including shotty, had another.
There may have been a riot, knives were pulled etc.
At any rate, 1.8 stats came out, there was much rejoicing, and Quil has sort of become a scout meme/mascot/whipping boy.
From my perspective it is done in fun/scoutly love, and I hope Quil feels the same way.
He kind of reminds me of Zach Galifnianakis in the Hangover movies. Just a little bit different, but it wouldn't be the same wolf pack without him.
Looking for the scout hangout? CCP banished it to the locker room

Power regulation. What good is the charge up if by doing so you overload your own knives? For all we know, charging and maintaining the full charge without damaging or over-stressing the knives could be a very delicate process influenced by a multitude of factors.
The adv assault mass driver's cpu is 40 and all it does is lob a grenade. So 48 doesn't seem too unreasonable. |

I do this about every 4 months, but with the new salvage system from faction warfare and most people running the cheapest suits they can I've accumulated so much stuff.

NK need an optimization skill, no reason not to have it.
This is a skill that sets it apart from the other weapons, the other examples all have a way to reduce their fitting cost further.

It's not like it takes up any real space. I don't mind keeping it as long as it takes for the market to open. What I really hope is that they let us sell BPOs. I bought 2 merc packs last February, because I wanted the AUR and the hacked uplinks. Now I have 2 Dragonfly scout suits. Selling 1 would be gangbusters. |

Might be my OCD but scrolling through dropsuits/modules/weapons I don't or will never use drives me insane. I only want to see the ones I do use or might use. give me a junk folder in my assets i can put the junk i don't want so i don't have to see it and I would be ok.

melee stimulant things

shield anything
all those things making me have to scroll more to get what I want. I cant take it. Its worse than being in a 9 blaster tank ambush vs only me.
