XD We all have our wish lists for scout buffs.... only a few more patches, for sure! All I really want is a 1H/3L Gal ADV layout (or move to 2H/3L for Gal Pro), a smidge more CPU/PG, reduced stamina recharge delay and base scan precision/profile to 40, range to 20. I'd trade a cloak for all of the above, no questions asked. Appia - you have some likes to gather now that you are back.... Cass was kicking your ass.

XD Yeah that's all luck 1. Yep agree with that 100% 2. Stamina buff would be great, sprint speed too but I would prefer base move increase over sprint. 3. I think you are right racial variant is more likely than adding it to all scouts (think it will be the Amarr one myself) 4. I think a simple boost to the passive bonus in the skill tree would make a huge difference for scouts. If that bonus was higher than 2% we would be set. KRRROOOOOOM

I kind of gave up killing tanks.... unless I'm with some A/V folks, it's just so much time spent for such spotty success. I did manage to execute 3 guys yesterday who were stupid tankers though (definitely not the norm for me): -One guy call in a tank in the midst of combat (WTF?!) -Two DIFFERENT TIMES geniuses got out of their tanks to hack null cannons I was guarding in FW. Hey there vehicle pilots, don't forget that some people can avoid your active tank scanners. I had fun counter-hacking their tanks and then getting them blown up.... Ahhh.... good times being a scoundrel.... good times indeed. Cue the "Gone in 60 seconds" music....

Two on the back and one on the side will pop a lot of armour tanks, but flux the shield for good measure. Maxed out Shield Tanks I find harder to deal with, as one flux won't take the shields right down and the explosive damage does not always breach what is left. You only get one chance to flux them tooGÇª Had a bit more luck using the PLC on shield tanks with this procedure in Pubs (no FF) 1. Get three RE on the tank (best on the back for when they run) 2. Switch to PLC 3. Cook and throw Flux 4. Fire PLC 5. Switch to RE and detonate This can take down heavy shieldsGÇª but not reliably as they can still get away, or notice you at anytime. KRRROOOOOOM

Did you mean effective? or perhaps "less likely for you to die"? :) btw, did you lay a trap for one to roll over, or did you still do the sneakup strategy? I find that laying a big-ol trap is great for idiot tankers that keep going through the same path repeatedly. Sadly, I see those types very rarely. Most ones I run into, are on the move almost all the time, and rarely use the same path twice.
