I'm pretty sure the flinch/impact mechanic always jumps your aim up and to the right. When I was testing with Ghaz his HMG and other weapons always made my crosshairs jump up and to the right. Pretty easy to counter.

Wait there was a major scout inadvertent improvement, wasn't there? Shield Extender recharge penalty. Which hinders everyone except scouts since scouts don't need the extra HP buff. We rely on baby dream power. |

IF someone gets the drop on you it's usually death anyways. Sometimes I can get away in those cases. But it's so easy to get our shields depleted, and with armor lv 5 I only have 87 DP. Fighting multiple enemies will be far worse.
However, most often I get the drop on people only to have them key in on me and take me out while I am still whittling down their armor. So my hope is having the jump on someone will provide an edge finish them off as they fight taking damage.

Predictions:
1) Minnies will have a much harder time getting into and out of combat due to shield recharge penalty. 2) "Stagger" will help folks with poor aim keep the bead on us for the required 0.3 to 0.5 seconds. 3) "Stagger" will not last long enough to help low RoF Shotgunners or Knifers win flank attacks. 4) The new "mid-range" and "long-range" rifles will dominate in close quarters. 5) The "adjusted effective range" of ARs and ScRs will not address hip-fire spam. |

Should have been like Gears where the AR didnt do the same damage of the Locust AR but it had the stopping force to keep people at bay.
Why put this on all weapons in a game that already has lag issues and slow response for DS3 users???? - Anyone at an objective or hacking anything can now forget it. It was already near impossible to react.
I wont go overboard on that though until I see it in action but they could have put effects on certain weapons like how MD had it. Weapons like MD, PC, FP - maybe even SMG (if they turned down some of its damage)
They just love these broad stroke brushes. |

Maybe we can do the equivalent of a burn jita and just en masse leave as scouts. It would probably dent the numbers a bit if we all left together.
Honestly, the game is too broken to offer anything other than a few moments of fun when the stars align. Why bother playing if they don't care to develop us out of irrelevance. Let them have their medium suit circle jerk just the way they want it.

I know you went all out for us and its a bit disheartening. I am sure many will come and go as we get new games / systems but hopefully sometime next year things will be better.
