Could I recommend that you borrow from the greats?
TF2 has the roll a bomb in and blow up the HQ. I would like to see something like that please. Take a few of your maps (Say the bridge, the city in the middle, a couple others, and make it so that they have to escort/drive an objective (null canon) into position to blow up the orbital platform. No orbs from defends, just attackers (This way you can dig out the tough defenses), but the orb is accrued by time and fired by the highest WP players squad. This null canon could be a vehicle if you guys want, but borrow from that game that was wacky but insanely balanced.
Heavy with a massive bullet hose called Lola (Burst HMG).

Apart from that and 2 equipment slots, I don't have a standout reason to use my Gal Scout over my Cal Assault. It's just the first suit I had, it's what I know how to use. Sentimentality I guess, not that I think the Scout is inferior at all, there just isn't a huge reason for me to stick with it. Yet I am.

He only got me because I was running past an assault whom I'm guessing he picked up on passives and triggered the RE to get him. The extra +50 was probably a surprise.
It hadn't really occurred to me but yeah, that's a good reason not to get too close to the blueberries. I'm so used to being off the radar I forget those around me aren't.

For the other scouts vs assaults, I guess, imagine a spectrum of ewar/speed on one end and damage/tank on the other. You pick where you want to be on that spectrum, as a player and according to your playstyle. Once you got it, you can build it with either the scout or the assault if it's somewhere in the middle, but there is a bit on either end that is only possible with one or the other. |

Damn I still hate active scanners so much. They are the most overpowered piece of equipment in this ******* game and still some people want it buffed because "I can't scan scouts so active scanners are completely useless!"
Nerf active scanners!
Give complex damps a 50% reduction to scanned duration, so it would be useful for all suits even if you can't avoid getting scanned.

It's ridiculous that a min scout can be outrun by an assault with a kincat or two who still has plenty of slots to spare. I think a minor increase to the base speed of scouts and a minor decrease to the base speed of the MN assault (all assaults?) is reasonable.

That's why KinCats give the useless bonuses they do currently.
If we can get past that issue I'm all for a speed buff to scouts. Especially if they're going to implement an inertia mechanism.
