That would create at least a number of individuals, say new FPS players or legitimately unskilled players, who would be out of the pub rotation until they gain some sort of competence.

I think that would be helpful, and be a little less frustrating for vets having to deal with blueberries.

For example, Security rating al a Eve and that rating corresponding to tier enforcement. So low sec = proto all the way to high sec = Basic. you'll never fully account for personal skill anyways. This way it levels the playing field and I suspect that alone would also in turn affect people's Mu. Protostomping is not necessarily skill but the current Mu would make it appear that way. This way protostompers can play other protostompers, and basic suits can play amongst themselves. Dingle Dust Berry.

I dont like it, mostly because I shield tank or fit for alpha (3x sidearm dmg mods). What will having three lows do for you without the PG to fit those mods that minmitar use? I know you say a PG buff, but you will need a lot more than +1-2 to cut it. PLUS, minmitar are more of a shield tanking variety, even though 1:1 final slots. Shotty, I am ashamed of your purchase! I still have some boosters I am waiting to activate until and event. I think I still have a 30 day and an omega. Maybe Ill save it and put it in the fridge for safe keeping until legion where it will become a relic of the past. With the 3H on the ADV suit you are either going dam mod, Myro, Shield, or PRecision. Not exactly minja-ish (save the myro but still not really applicable. niche playstyle on a niche suit is too much). Glass cannon is a joke due to lack of real speed. Then we have the low slots withKin Cats, CBs, and Damps. It just feels.. backwards. Dingle Dust Berry.

I think what Mollerz was going for was the flexibility a LS has. You move CB to highs, you have one extra option. You move the slot to lows, now you can dampen, code break, add range, add CPU or PG for fitting issues etc. I like where Minjas are right now, so it doesn't matter to me one way or another to be honest, but I see where he is coming from.
