During the event last week I went . . . 27/3 sniping. 17 kills before they found my first spot. 1 suicide because I fell down a hill into the redline (motherfucking hills), and another as tried to sneak up on another sniper and drop an RE on him- he had a partner with a rail rifle standing next to him.

My suit? Dragonfly Scout, 2x complex damps, 'covenant' sniper rifle, 'toxin' icd-9 smg. The whole thing is about overwatch. You have 2 choices: (1)sit in place and rack up kills or (2)move around and protect your kdr without meaningfully affecting the battlefield

There's really no reason to move about, so movement speed doesn't matter. Might as well use a sentinel suit. . . except for the fact they don't have room for nanohives.

Its not the sniper that counts, with that many damage mods your tactical sniper is pretty good! Not Thale tier but is still pretty good. I used to use a tac on a medium with damage mods and could pull 30 kills with the standard =ƒÿÇ. Its mostly the user not the weapon. Many lulz I find I'm getting an average of 15 kills this way, probably because I spend so much time crossing large areas of land. Closest kill has been 2m On my Gal Scout, I use the same mobility theories, but pack an Ion pistol, Precision Enhancers and a TacAR instead of a SR. This is a killing machine Heh I got you beat. Militia Minatar scout, no damps or armor, middle of the map. Using a Thales, quick scoping. 10-0 best lulz I had. I have some tank to survive a few shots that hit me. The scanner is for finding stragglers and picking up an easy kill.
