The shaking really doesn't cause that much issue. It's all down to timing.

I try to aim down sights when I use the charge, got for a headshot like I do with the ScP. To me, that shaking greatly hinder the accuracy of firing it like that.
Ion Pistol is on my list of: i'll just wait till it's FoTM and my SP investment will be worth it.

It did understand it was being hit didn't it? His readout said 0% damage at 1m. When he targeted elsewhere, it was 50% as it is supposed to be.

I'd be curious to see how you fit it.
My first raven suit I've worn since closed beta, and I spawn into a squad of knifers and Gav took me out instantly.
lol. was cool cause it took them a few secondds to take me down as I sprayed them with SMG. it looked sweet as three or four guys of different suits swinging like mad 
I think knife swings are louder now, no? A couple times a knifer just missed me from behind and I actually heard it clear as day.

I think it is the glitchy sound.
Before Charlie there was an instance of a knifer missing me, and I of course recognized the sound. I can't remember if that did me any good though.
Also, I am finding the PG changes to be enough. I replaced the Complex Dampener on my std minja with a basic PG mod, and that allowed me to fit Ish knives and a kincat with no PG to spare.
I love that suit. I was wrecking people with it. *sniff* There I go tearing up again.

Ran into one. Wasn't expecting it. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't flank him until I was dead.
Seems like a good way to force scouts to dampen. I know I will be somewhat weaker when I am forced to run 2 damps and a proto cloak.

I meant C-I Assault or C-I Medium. I thought it was like the sever logi that turned into MLT or something. I don't know. I'm tired. insomnia's really taking a toll on my mind this week. So it's the same as my Dragonfly and Covenant and Master Recruiter?

How about some mid-level salvage only BPOs? Double whammy since you can't buy that stuff in the market? IA5 Tac pistol and the Specialist sniper rifle?
