Trust and faith was lost in many loyal players at fanfest and ccp has not done anything to regain that trust/faith. I think being honest for once would point them in the right direction.

I wonder how match making will handle me? I never had to worry about it or pad it... my kdr is quite low imo. My win loss... lol. I afked just as many matches as you I bet.

FOTM doesn't just mean unstoppable god mode suit of the month. I would love for a suit to be average and be fotm. This should be the goal, not going out of your way to find a new op suit every week just to nerf it.
Also what is wrong with Assault lite? This game was BUILT for customization. People should be allowed to fit their role however they want, not how you think they should fit it. Your opinion is not above the entire player base or any other player so let them fit their suits how they want. Suits have their roles and bonuses which should motivate them to build it a certain way to take advantage of that bonus but it doesn't have to be the driving force of their every build decision. This is part of the freedom and appeal of this game and I hate how some people want to take away those options and make them completely unviable.

I would assume that the range bonus would be a great help. With a shotgun you have to get up in their face and fire point blank. I have played with a standard scout / standard assault rifle before and gotten really good scores with it but I never tried such a combo in pc. It is a different play style than a shotgunning scout but I know it is viable.
In my build I was squishy but I wasn't overly aggresive. I played more defensively, laying down remotes, running around and giving support where needed in a flash. I was easy to kill even with plates but just try not to be the center of attention and a scout ar build works fine. And to me the speed bonus > additonal plates. It was a much greater help to me since I was already playing defensively.
Stacking armor would be much better suited to a person who gets shot at alot and likes to be the center of attention.

who is not working well with whom? Most of the negativity I see is coming from everyone else not him. Not being tolerant and accepting is what is going to make this bad before it even begins. The naysayers are creating a stigma and like sheep people will follow. I prefer to believe in the best in people. If he does something to cause his own downfall then that is on him, not on you. It's okay to have opinions, it is not okay to be dicks. I like to lead by example and I have never said one bad thing about the guy, I have never said one bad thing about anyone on these forums. From what I have seen in the past. Aeon only ever got mean when he got trolled. I see him make a thread about an idea of his trying to do something positive and more often then not someone else tries to start something.. I can understand a passionate player becoming frustrated when a bunch of kids try to derail his threads with personal comments and attacks. This is what I have seen for myself. Aeons problem is that he is the type of person to fight back. He is not a push over, he pushes back which is not always good. I was the one who ended up teaching him how to ignore people/posts which has improved things.
And besides even if aeon ever said anything negative about me personally. I am a big enough person to let it go and not care because I can see something beyond that. I am not someone to hold grudges. It is not healthy tbh. Start over and try to work together. It takes two to cooperate and when one side gives up it's over. Completely over. I am asking you not to give up because that will not help the game.

Thank you for providing actual context and I hold everyone to a similar standard. I've talked to him. I have told him things straight up of how people think. I have told him negative things. Never saw any crazy towards me, but I do know how to talk to people and say negative things to people without resorting to insulting them. I even taught him how to use the ignore feature because I like helping people. If I see him do something bad in front of me I will let him know just as everyone else likes to let him know but it feels like I am the only one who has had any success in actually helping or improving things.
