Appia, you are very good though, I would defiantly rank you as an above average player. Not someone to compare to the general player base.

They just like to pad their stats in pubs because your KDR drops drastically when you play so much PC. There really is more a disparity in skill level than here is in SP in this game. Battle effectiveness in Dust is three fold: gun game/game knowledge, equipment effectiveness, and equipment quality. Any one can compensate for the other two, to a greater or lesser extent.

Was meant as a joke. I'm 19 Appia. It's not that bad to still be living with your parents at this point. I'm paying for college by myself, so my parents let me live at home so I don't have to pay an extra 8k every year to live on campus. I'm very sorry for your financial crisis though. Yeah the compact is a no go. Its k-2 or just another set of basics. I use my remotes on a more need to basis not so much as a null cannon defense. I'll just go through the first 3 from the 1st set and then switch to using the next set. XD Indeed, chase me friend XD

Relentless q-synced proto squads playing FOTM chump fits that redline and kerb stomp all opposition that aren't playing in exactly the same way, is. That's what people are referring to.

Me, I actually don't have much of a problem with people running Proto, I have issues with some attitudes people have. Not everyone just certain personality types I conflict with these people would annoy me in Proto gear or not. Appia runs Proto, but I like her (because she has a good attitude, and is funny as hell) You are a Proto monster but your antics are entertaining Plenty of people use it and it is not a problem, but they also tend to be people who don't mind messing around and having fun as well. J0LLY used to destroy me with his corpmates all the time when i was getting back into the game. I had fun, because i had to use tactics and adapt in order to the deal with them because they played smart, it was not just gear. The more kills I got against them, the more i realized I was improving. I fondly remember knifing J0LLY while he was in a Logi suit hacking, with a heavy pal, first thought was yeah got em. Second thought was they are going to get me backGÇª hide For me when i see a red team stacked with a corp (or two alliance corps) I don't give up or worry to much about it. I still play to have fun, and rarely come out negative in ISK. But i can understand how it would be frustrating for some people to come up against that. Especially if all they see is a group of Proto redlining and spawn camping then come on the forums and read about how "awesome" some people think that they are for doing it. Because let's face it these actions are not really demonstrating how good these players are. Sure they may be great players, but this is not a demonstration of how they are great. Frenzied firing at anything that spawns is not showing the teamwork, use of tactical movement, cunning plans, innovative builds or adaptability. KRRROOOOOOM
