Yeah I kinda took the chance to watch em as the wife is visiting family in the US right now and she has no desire to watch them at all.

Really!? The first struck me as clever and creepily convincing. The second seemed over-the-top. Almost comically so. Can't say I was disappointed though ... has there ever been a really good sequel to a horror movie?

Speaking of sequels, enjoyed the heck out of Stephen King's Mr. Mercedes; now reading Finders Keepers. Also reading Chuck Palahniuk's Beautiful You. Not as bad as Make Something Up but not as good as Pygmy or Fight Club.

well i tend to not pick up on flaws in movies from a critique point of view...dont really analyse them, just either enjoy them or not, by the numbers or not. for instance episodes 1-3 of star wars i liked when many did not, citing things like poor character development or whatever else...things i dont really notice. coz light-sabres.

have to say tho the new sw trailer made me salivate.
