From what i've noticed it does decrease it... but the decrease is so little it's hardly noticeable. From what i've been doing I stacked I think maybe 2 Complex armor plates on a ADV MinAss. 3 Complex Myos. No Kincats. I noticed I was slow obviously but also a small decrease in my jump height. Then I did the same but with one ADV KinCat. I felt like I was jumping slightly higher. Maybe having Kincats Nullify the jump decrease. I dunno. I just felt like it did... Either way... Gonna go full Proto Minja soon hopefully... I'm almost there... Also today... I killed a tank with swarms... and the kill feed said I killed it with a Magsex... o.O Scotty is drunk. It ended with the nurse telling me I didn't need pain meds as I was being discharged, so I looked him right int he face and told him I was done with him and to get the doctor. He came back with pain meds and not a word. TL;DR: If a nurse sucks, tell them to bring the doc. If the doc sucks, tell them to bring a different one. no sense getting worked up. Duly noted. Given the redundancy of Falloff, I'd recommend reducing cloakblind from 85% to 50% and setting the scout's base scan range equal to that of the Logi. Like you said, designs change. The reasons behind cloak and EWAR nerfs pre-Falloff do not necessarily apply post-Falloff. Lastly, toning down shimmer would dramatically help cloak serve its intended role.
