I was using a Militia Minmatar Light Frame with a Militia Combat Rifle, Militia Nova Knives, 2 Militia Shield Extenders and a Militia Kinetic Katalyser. Went 21/7. Militia Nova Knives are so bad though; I only got 1 kill with them, and it was against a stationary Militia Caldari Medium Frame, and even then the two initial charged slashes didn't kill him. Just skilled into Standard Nova Knives.
