This is a public service announcement: My corp wants scouts to join us. Those that are interested apply and say that Niuvo sent you. We only have 3 scouts including myself. I need scouts in the corp to run with. Other scouts are Demon Buddha and douch.

I'm 100k away from proto assault and I just got a ps4. I'm not even gunna bother logging on anymore. This game is a pile of ****.

So yeah take me off the list. I might come back and test out 1.7 for a bit. Even if its decent I probly wouldn't play it anyway. I guess you can consider this a huge break from dust.

If you see me on...it's probably one of my friends trying to cap my character for me lol

A followup on this...

I was playing in a domination match. I think I peeved someone.
They came back, in an open area, with a... heavy suit?
They were a little close... 30m...
So I sprinted out of range, taking a few little dinks from his HMG, until I got to about 65m+.

Turned around.... and melted his face off with my laser, in about 2 seconds, while he was in the open with nowhere to go.

Okay this was not sensible behaviour for an enemy. But I think it amply demonstrates a good case use for this suit :)

i just wish I could carry some uplinks along with this.


Edit: well.. tecnically, I can... but for this long range weapon, its kinda important to have a scanner, so you can see far enough ahead.
SO.. great if someone ELSE is carrying the scanner..
Also, I have to use an Enhanced CPU upgrade, rather than 2xranger extenders. sigh.
54 cpu for the basic laser. owch.

I have fallen in love with the scrambler rifle and my scout, the perfect mid range sniper weapon. Have great fund with the gk.0, 3 complex range modifiers, enhanced dampener and the standard scrambler.

It can be used as shotgun at close range and charged headshots even at range is devastating. Also tried with a sniper rifle but it is no match for the scrambler at mid range sniping.

I am happy to announce i've given up in waiting for the AMARR SCOUT.

I am Bored of playing Med frames.

Well hello there... btw I'm a Chica not a Chico. Guess my username makes it confusing. .. or maybe I'm actually a twelve year old boy. I've been called that a few times lol. Whatever floats ur boat I guess. Any who I'm flattered someone post something about me. See ya all on the battlefield.

My good old trusted exile will be collecting dust from now on, I know where all my SP will be put in the next few months. My only concern is that it feels overpowered and might be nerfed just as I skill into the proto scramblers.

For the moment I have only skilled into level 1 scrambler rifles. Now I understand why I keep getting killed by scrambler rifles.

This is not a QQ about the scrambler rifle. It is the perfect match for my scout and how I play, going solo and avoid up front confrontations. The scrambler pistol is perfect in the up close encounters after first hitting the charge rifle shotgun.

Any other scouts using the scrambler rifle, are you using the assault variant? Is it worth using the advanced version compared to the standard?

Unrelated, but wouldn't this now qualify for the title of "Longest Thread on the Dust Forums"?

On the mini-assault gk.0 I use the Carthum with 1 damage mod. and a viziam pistol. great results, usually surprised if I get less than 20 kills in an OMS or die more than once
