The animations would be a problem. And it would absolutely seem they do not have the means to redo that stuff.
But they could approximate.
For example- a heavy suit having a - modifier on certain biotic bonuses. A medium say nuetral and light suit a small bump. or med suit smaller penalty and light suit nuetral.
And you can play aroudn with that- say the jump bonus is affected negatively to the heavy suit, btu the melee damage gets a bonus.. vice versa for light suit.
Plenty to play around with and obviously easy for them to implement.

They couldn't fix it so limited the number instead. Myros went from the least used biotic module to the most used by far after jumps were introduced. In my mind they need stacking penalties and the amount they increase jump height should be greatly reduced. A charged jump would also help as others have suggested. I like the idea that frame size should affect utility. As it is they are best used on medium frames. |

Toss the stacking penalties since it's not worth the effort if they couldn't figure it out before. Charged jump and reduced jump height would balance it nicely. |

So... there was a post in GD about a few weeks ago about stacking armor not decreasing the jump height... From what i've noticed it does decrease it... but the decrease is so little it's hardly noticeable. From what i've been doing I stacked I think maybe 2 Complex armor plates on a ADV MinAss. 3 Complex Myos. No Kincats. I noticed I was slow obviously but also a small decrease in my jump height. Then I did the same but with one ADV KinCat. I felt like I was jumping slightly higher. Maybe having Kincats Nullify the jump decrease. I dunno. I just felt like it did... Either way... Gonna go full Proto Minja soon hopefully... I'm almost there... Also today... I killed a tank with swarms... and the kill feed said I killed it with a Magsex... o.O Scotty is drunk.

Both if these weapons hit incredibly hard. They are theoretically balanced by periods of cooldowns following bursts of high damage. Alternating between two overrides the cool down. Works especially well with AM Commando (due to damage bonus).
