Definitely, this is one of my favorite changes that came in Charlie. ADV knives are amazing, a charged shot will usually 1 shot a heavy unless they're very well tanked. I'm not even running it on a Minnie fit.
I should clarify though: "I've been charge double swiping sentinels and commandos a lot more than I expected."
Sentinels usually require follow up swipes but yeah, it's been happening where I roll up on one hacking or something and thinking '"oh crap this is gonna be close" *swipe* +50 "oh... weird."
IIRC Amarr sents always require follow ups, but minnie, cal and gal I've gotten. Maybe they just havent maxed shield/armour skills yet? Is there a headshot multiplier? Or *shock and horror* could the game be BUGGED?
Never happens to Proto Sentinels though, they require follow up swipes and then a hose down with a gun of some kind.

I have found that with the PG changes, I am able to fit the proto knives on even my standard suit. I've actually got an ADV suit that is very similar; proto knives, standard or militia everything else (SMG, flux, kincat, range enhancer, shield extender and a prec enhancer). 0 PG left and it only costs 23k ISK. That suit's my pride and joy man. The bliss that is knifing a proto suit in a sub-25k suit is unmatched
