Active scanner also helps the team as well. I find it very useful for forming flanks on the enemy. I'll go around back while they'll take care of the front and we end up slaughtering the other team |

Squads? You end up in squads? What are they?
When I have an hour to play, these days, my choices seem to be as follows:
a) join a random squad. if there even ARE squads formed(where I play, most times there arent now!). These usually suck. I'm not even sure why they exist. No orbitals used, no objectives called out... ?????
b) wait around for 15 minutes to join a squad in corp, or a chat room.. eventually make it into a match, which may or may not last more than 5 minutes... then someone leaves squad, and so we spend another 5-10 minutes waiting to "get full squad"again. c) just lone wolf it. Less "fun", but 3/4 games an hour. Which means twice the SP/hour.
Yeaaahhh ,I'm gonna go with c.

PS: edit: I forgot to mention on the american servers, the random squad invites, by 12 year olds. No, I'm not speaking figuratively. I mean, literally. 12 year olds.
There is something seriously wrong with the 12 year olds in america today. (and probably the bigest thing is that their parents let them play games like Dust? ) |

Too be honest when I run in squads we understand and respect each others boundaries'. Most of the time we are not necessarily "near" each other but close enough to run and assist one another. It's almost a silent understanding, almost instinctual when you run with people and know how YOUR role is in a squad. |

I think there are worst games that parents let their kids play lol. Like GTA V or Manhunt when it first came out. Basically any Rockstar game lol. Can always join more channels and make friends with people from other corps, I find that could be another way to get a squad. Or just play a few games while waiting for someone in your corp to invite you to a squad, no waiting required.

Had a couple of good games running with Dottor Bestemmia and his squad earlier. Couldn't understand a word being said in the squad chat but we beasted a domination and skirmish nicely.
Between the scout channel, corp, alliance and friend channels I have, there's usually someone with RF1 or I just manage to find a decent squad in the first game I pop into. It is extremely annoying when you're on a limited timeframe and want to play games back to back but the squad ends up faffing around for 5 - 10 mins between EVERY match! You know you can restock in the warbarge and on the ground, right? |
