At least they need to give back the scout the module they havec before in chromosome, 3/3 and gal 2/4 and add the same cpu to both i think that can be a good start and even enough |

Just to see if i get the same problem then anybody with the shotgun since uprising. When you are in a heads up while both strafing, did you noticed the second bullet go at the exact same place then the first except for ONE PELLET!!!, i liked so much chromosome but im ******* bored of the broken shotgun since uprising. I was enjoyed strafing duel in chrome but i feel i lose too many of them in uprising because the gun is broken im a DS3 player dont know if KBM get the same issue, thanks for your feeling shotgunner. |

If i am correct, a scout lvl 5 with dampening lvl 5 + 1 basic dampener module beat the 28 db scanner, i understand the philosophy of CCP to make the 15 db scanner unbeatable because is duration is only 5 sec and cost 18 pg! but to be fair without changing their scanner, to me the equipment you set on the floor need to have the db of the character, what did you think? |

Trouble is, YOU may be undetectable, but your drops arent. uplinks, nanohives, are fairly visible to other scouts. REs, less so. I usually have to visually spot those Yes, thats why i suggest to give the db of the character to equipment, with that if your character got 27 db your equipment get 27 db, so if someone use a scanner proto 28 db, your equipment dont flash in is screen |

Even in PC the 28 db will be the most used just saying, on ennemy team you can now by name who is scout because we have a registery even before the game start, the 28 is more usefull because he can show the ennemy position more longer and you have time to adjust your position to face the eneemy not with the 15, he also cost less than the 15 db, one cost 6 pg the other 18.... Add this with the communication we got in pc between player whenever a scout kill someone in the back or flanking the ennemy can know by comms if its important. Personnaly you make a storm in a glass of water with the 15 db.
The scout his a specialist never forget this, can play many roles has i always stated, if you only try to br a slayer in PC its possible but you need to have a freaking strong infantry in your team to do this to create some open space .

I have the suit at 3 an I got some neo protos an their fantastic because everything I specked into can fit on the same suit. I would have totally thought this through more clearly except I never anticipated the game changing this much since uprising. I feel I would never even bothered with mini an knives, but in uprising I couldn't hit $hit with the shot gun so the speed an knives were better. But now the sg kiksass for me an the gallente is such a versatile suit in comparison. I guess my argument is more based on the mini not performing as it did because several things have changed an I realized I'm a low slot ***** lol Yeah, i agree with the +1 low to mini and +1 high to gal like but for me without CPU/PG buff just to see where the scout is with that and the CPU/PG was like that in chrome btw. |

Yeah, he is too humble for that even if he deserves it. I hope he will change is mine and try to become CPM. With is knowledge of the game, the skill he have in it, the communication he get with all scouts players & shotgunners, the stats and graph he always bring on the table, his experience in other FPS and his dedication to the game we can't find a better CPM than Shotty |

Oh. Wait. Right. You wasted SP on Minmatar suits. Yeah, I was wrong, that wasn't hyperbole at all.
Gal Scout 5, Gal Logi 5, Cal Logi 3, Amarr Assault 3, and Gal Assault and Cal Assault and Amarr Logi 1 and enough AUR gear salvaged to let me use Logi ck.0 and Assault ak.0 for the next month, 7 proto weapons and the rest at ADV to mix and match with. Every proto module available except shield rechargers and shield regulators Biomass or Communications outposts will always have me running that Scout suit. Orbital Artilery and Gal laG facility are toss ups though
The Gallente Scout isn't useless. It is the best Ninja Hacker suit- way better than Min Logi. It is also the best Shotgun suit. So in your theory gallente> everything? Easy to answer since gallente are french origin |

I haved playing scout since close beta, without offense, i laugh at your protest, i will tell you a story my young scout. Long time ago, in the closed beta, in a build called codex if i remember, a certain scout called Omnipotent Zitro finded the best FOTM he was so fast, and when the straff was usefull he was nearby untouchable, with 2 SMG, he even became first on the leaderboard, when other see this, a lot of them became scout, with a lot of complain from assault and other class. They took the nerf hammer on the scout suit. Since that time, CCP became very carefull with the scout suit, prefered to let it underpower a bit than having the potential of being OP. CCP know ( and i agree ) a scout suit OP can really hurt the balance of the game and even touching the playerbase. Since then the scout suit always being a little bit worst. |

Let me explain this to you simply Amarr Bonus: 25% more stamina and 25% more stamina regen Standard Cardiac Regulator: 25% more stamina and 50% more stamina regen Gallente Bonus: 25% profile dampening (and 25% scan range) Complex Profile dampener: 25% profile dampening Caldari Bonus: 25% scan precision (and 25% scan range) Complex Precision Enhancer: 20% precision Minmatar Bonus: 25% hacking speed (and 25% NK damage) Complex Codebreaker: 25% hacking speed As you can see, every other race is getting a primary bonus that is the same or better than a complex module, and then a secondary bonus as well. Meanwhile, the Amarr only get a bonus that is not even as good as a standard module. Do you honestly think that is right? A complex cardiac regulator is 100% more stamina and 100% more stamina regen, so the Amarr racial bonus needs to get buffed to 20% per level and then they still need to add in a secondary bonus. Or, you can keep the Amarr bonus at 5% per level and make that the secondary bonus, then give the Amarr a primary bonus that is equal value as some complex module (perhaps a complex kin cat?) And oh, Amarr only has 40 more HP than a Gal or Cal scout, and sacrifices that for speed (which is far more important to a scout), so I'm not too sure about that higher survivability. I mean, the Minmatar Assault is faster than an Amarr scout. Yeah this is sad for the amarr scout i wanted to see a second bonus like the other dropsuit get, for the speed i think its intended to be like that in my opinion |

Not sure if I'll go Cal or Gal though, difficult choice. Will need to see the final stats on them to decide I think. Mini - runner/hacker/uplinks Gal/Cal - hunter/assault I think the mini an gallente are still the best, for versitality, the gall will really be able to hold its own, an the min can tank so many ways an styles an the Amar will be a nasty bouncy shotgun tank, but the caldari IMO has a bad load out. It's too similar to a min assault an the now min proto scout, Two lows is a bugger for a scout, sure it's got good bonuses an a fast shield but it's options are very slim with 2 lows, no major combinations, speed, stamina, dampening , range, plates. Honestly I think the best way to fit that suit will be: 3 shields Energizer 2complex shield regulators/1 reactive plate/two reds Cloak Scanner Sg or knives Be very still an hit one at a time like a ghost an move as soon as your scanned It's gonna have the same trouble as today's Minja Caldari scout with SG can be badass honestly |

Maybe no one care but its an happy week for me. I will finally undergoes a surgery in 6 month after suffering strabism since beginning of june 2013, two week before the respec wiwe get in the beginning of uprising .Its a muscle nerv problem. I lived with this without treatment until beginning of june 2014 where i received special glsses to fix my vision, my problem was that strong that i received the maximum prism the glasses can get. I will undergoes the surgery in might be 6 months. For those wgo dont know strabism is a double vision problem,im atually at lvl which is the max lol. I was against questionned this week saying why i deleted Morathi III. Now you know. Some scout are sneaky even in RL

Thanks seriously but my point is to remove totally the side where the player look on the dot keeping just a red dot will be for what i tough a kind of balance of scout and scanner espacially the shotty scout without touching the weapon or the suit, giving to the seen target a real chance to fight and to the hunter to go by feeling and need to observe the movement so the seen target , if he think hes observed can atleast try to trick, its too easy mode right now in my humble opinion so i tried to create a debate on some subject like this one Again thank you, nice job on delta like in yours previous patch note, like the work you did, dont give up!

I play an AR eWar scout 90% of the time and direction indication is one of the biggest factors to survival as you can not kill your target fast enough for them not to turn around and kill you like you was nothing so nerfing direction indication because 1 weapon is not a idea i like. if there is a problem with a weapon fix the weapon. cloak and shotgun are the combo problem not direction indication. the cloaked hacker can see there arm terminal so why not everyone else? unless its a virtual arm computer only seen through hud. sure that would require a software patch. Other than that i don't think moving your fingers should cause a full body shimmer/glow I personally don't like the idea of being able to recloak instantly after declaok (decloak shotgun blast recloak) but as I like to use the STD cloak from time to time it is almost made for that tactic since it is not a cloak made for camping but running and active cloaking and declaoking and can be a lot of fun to use. The std cloak also does not have dampening bonus so another thing making it favor not having a recloak delay as one using it is more at risk of tac-net visibility unless gal/cal scouts ;-) The adv and proto having dampening and longer duration I could be persuaded to favor a recloak delay to prevent the ability to manage your cloak to virtually remain invisible most of a match while still having the ability to recloak instantly after decloak. NK dmg I think is more for the lol. If a tank dies from more than 50%NK dmg the tanker should have there name posted on the front page of the forums for everyone to see so everyone can make fun of them. Sorry scouts not the killers name as you all will be making alt tankers to kill just to get your names posted. Sorry for late reply void i missed your post my bad. I have destiny on my PS4, doesnt played in 10 days. Personnaly its a kid game, i dont want to blast ppl who like it its a different kind of game, its a refreshing COD, with a PVE who i found lot of similarity with WOW, really too short and i didnt finished the story, not realistic which make me feel of a hollywood movie.... My 2 cent on this patch; refreshing, like i always do , here what i found negative lol. Bolt too much dmg, need to have every weapon with the same head shot multiplier and with that buffing a bit SR charge dmg... If and only if the head shot change, my tough[:=d, except these few thinks its an other step forward in my book .
