When you are rocking people at range and then you see the awkward play unfold of a team mate trying to rez the guy I just wasted. I patiently wait for them to get the rez done before popping the guy again. Then you see the confused motions of the rezzer stop and then run back and do it again.. then pop. Then pop. Then it's like an unspoken understanding.. we are both going to make the most of this as the rezzer calmly just rezzes and waits for me to kill the guy again. They really need to fix that. It's not OP. By itself. Modded controllers are giving it far too low of a TTK. It's also very easily spammed on Amarr Assaults. Outside of those two, it functions perfectly. I put an ScR on one of my suits, and It felt strong, but you couldn't spam it. Overheat was a noticeable problem when trying to engage more than 2-3 enemies in succession. I presented a fix that brings down the spamming ability, while also bringing the TTK in line with the other Proto Weapons. Caldari Commando Dropsuit Operations II on a C-I suit you could do more damage than on a Minmatar Scout with 3 complex damage mods. 190400 Active SP -if you stop after capping out. + 210000 Passive SP (with log in bonus) gives you 400400 SP per week. The cost to get dropsuit command from 0-3 (though you already have it at 2) Caldari Heavy Frame III, and Caldari Commando II costs you: 540960 SP. So to get it to level 2 it takes closer to 10 days. If you want to, switch for a Reactive or Ferroscale I have two Minmatar Assault Fits. Such high base speed means you can tank armor and still be fast. This thing hits hard, moves fast, and regens on the go. I like that map with the towers, where 5 or 6 guys will all spawn up there as soon as they see the link and start sniping. And they won't stop spawning up there til the link is exhausted.
