Not a shotgun guy but I had to cut out some of the scoutly stuff to post here.
May have to dust off the old SCPs and lay down the AR/SMG for a while. We'll see..... |

I was prepared for the Swarm change, already have Calmando skilled up.
Holy crap on the Gal Assault bonus. RR kick reduction is gravy.
Breach shotguns FINALLY get their clip increase. Magsec is gravy. I will be playing my RR/MSEC Cal assault more.
FUSED NADE BUFF WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE.
There is so much in this hotfix. I can't wait to go Drive-By dropshipping with Derrith again. PG on Kincats reduced, shield changes, OH MY.
Seriously, this looks to be a great hotfix. Hats off to the new CPM and Devs for pushing this through.

400, I believe for basic.
I seem to recall at one point all the tiers increased ROF every level. ADV was like 460? PRO was 500? Assaults were even more beast... Carth got above 530 ROF.
Was hella pissed they took this progression out, then made proficiency only apply to primary damage type. Then buried them with a ROF nerf. |

Cause the forge gun has been utterly **** at av?
Against gal havs you need high alpha bursts of damage to get through their rep cycle. The only good thing about the forge has been making ads's crash into stuff.

It has to be a cover up. There is not much of a difference when i used Scout than when i use Ass now. Definitely not a 25% difference which would be noticeable

Well, not sure i love a few things in that hotfix.
Specifically, I want my Min Commando SP back and put into Cal Commando. Although i wonder how good swarms will be with AV with that range nerf. I anticipate ADS's becoming nasty again potentially. I also noticed scouts got hit a bit and logi's/assualts got some buffs on shields.
I'm mostly worried about those advanced locus grenades. I bet we'll see a lot more grenade spam with the amount nanohives can give you these days.
Edit: ROF bonus on gal assault... shudders... i worry. |
