While it hasn't been in the past week, there was definitely a period after the Circles where I saw a bunch of 15 dB scans in pubs. Was quite annoying and a big reason I wouldn't play. I run at 27db with very little issues with active scans. This is running pubs. [edit] I do run a gal logi with 2 focused and a cloak when I see lots of scouts running around though.
