If you're looking for a tanky Scout, the MN Assault is the best option and the GA Scout the 2nd best. I suspect the AM bonus to precision will eventually be changed to something else (hopefully fun) ... wouldn't recommend investing your SP in it until that time.

It ws the only reason I'd max out engineering after each respec. You had to max out any skill that gave you anyCPU/PG back.. which made knives even more of a bad joke for us since we couldn't even have an optimization skill on it for forever. If I played any suit other than my minja it was like insane. I couldn't even spend all the CPU/PG.

My initial attempts did too. In fact, my first kill was entirely accidental. Give it time though, like knives they take some patience.
