I'm just dubious that everyone on the entire dev team would miss an entire class of weapons not getting a bonus from one of the most contentious and hotly debated new features to date. It would be normal for it to be an ommision that was "fixed", but it would be a conversation if it was intentional. As in WTF and WHY would that be?

You would be right if this were another dev team. They didn't even have the option to turn off auto inertia dampening in the patch despite it being in the patch notes. It's super probable that they didn't notice. They fail to notice a lot. I think the odds that they didn't notice are around 60%. And that's with a bit of my optimism thrown in. Also, lol @ this update being the most anticipated. People find this this review helpful!

I don't think that many people were that excited to be honest. I mean, only forum people knew of it, and the only ones who were excited about it were the ones that misunderstood what the update entailed, and if they weren't interested enough to read it well enough to fully understand, I don't think they were all that excited. I was intrigued until I actually read the blog about then I realized it was actually nothing. I don't think it's all that important either. Not yet anyway. Foundations really only matter if you actually build something on top of it. People find this this review helpful!
