CA, MN Scout - Beats non-focused scans with 1 cmp damp + any cloak
CA, MN Scout - Beats focused scans with 1 cmp damp + pro cloak
GA Scout - Beats non-focused scans with 1 cmp damp
GA Scout - Beats focused scans with one 1 cmp damp + any cloak
AM Scout - Beats all scans with 2 cmp damp + any cloak

* Keep in mind that the GalScout must be better at sneaking than the others.

I understand you want more room for kincats/codebreakers but after charlie min will be much better off than cal scouts. Min will have 3 slots to decide on dampening or boosting the 1 bonus cal will have 2 slots to boost 2 bonuses without the OHK bonus to a weapon. the new number to beat is 18 now not 15. if a squad is super scanning focused with gal logis then you will see you have been scanned and know to break out the gal scouts or drop your codebreakers/kincats to get past them. simple tactics.

Still firm believer in if you want to be a Gallente scout then level a gallente scout. If you want to be a Minmatar scout level a minmatar scout. Don't lobby to make Minmatar scout a super Min/Gal scout. The same as I don't lobby to make Gal scout a super Gal/Min scout with 15% hacking 15% NK dmg. I know my Gal would much like a 25% clip or rate of fire buff to shotgun or my Cal would much like a 25% headshot with sniper rifle on top of easily beating scans like the lobbying for min scout is asking for.

You guys were never hardmode compared to min scouts. Even when scouts sucked, the Gal Scout sucked less FA's Stabber Extraordinaire Minmatar Enthusiast Explosions and Bulletstorm? Count me in!

Well im with Appia on gal scouts with range bonus. not that I don't like the precision bonus but to me it broke having to choose range dampening or armor mods in lows now its a easy choice dampen and reactive with new 3hp/s and 18db to beat vs 15db. Gav is for more speed on min. Im in favor of base walk speed buff for min. better base walk speed negates the backpedal problem. If we are lucky we will get a real patch soon that will enable swapping mods from low to high and vise versa. codebreakers in high would be HUGE for min scout. I respect everyone here opinion even though i might snap at times. I think min is in good place come charlie with 18db being the number to beat as 15db will give you a warning first to let you know to change to a higher dampened suit that all scouts can achieve with sacrifice.

The idea is it frees up allow for the Cal AND the Min so that the cal isn't stuck into not being able to use its range bonus effectively because it only has one low. Im right with you on the Cal scout sucking in Charlie...the only one that'll be worse IMHO is the ninja, but not by much "Minmitar Scout" and "Masochist" are synonyms. I picked up cal scout for the precision when it came out. Guess what my cal scout don't have anymore? Before 1.8 the choice was gal or min. you either waned range or NK's.
