That sucks. I get status migranes. Sinuses or do you have headache a lot in general? If its a sinus i take Exedrin migrane and sinus pill. As good as Z quil if you don't have any. Don't take them together if you want avoid vertigo, take Exedrin first, wait an hour, then take sinus pill.
Or if your a nature freak, warm rag on your face, tea, low light, low sound, noise cancelling headphones if needed, wear shades in the house, for the rag just rewet it every time it gets cold. I have a bedbuddy, a kind of wrap with beads in it that can be frozen or microwaved, i put that on my neck and it helps headache caused by neck pain, it might help sinus too.

It's sinus, I have severe outdoor allergies.
Which sucks because I love camping.....
Yeah..... nose swells terribly, hard to breathe, even hives if I'm outside for too long.
But I am on meds, and do try my best to not get myself killed.
But thanks for the tips, this will just be my life for the next 6-8 months :)
I just have to adjust back to my spring-fall lifestyle....

I have combination of things, severe sinus/allergies, weak well everything. If its windy I'm not breathing, my chest hurts and cant stop coughing. I have to cover my face if its windy, if i can go out. I developed weak lungs long time ago, so if its too cold or too hot i cant breath. I mean i can breath, just not well.
Since i have Lyme disease there's nothing actually wrong, so if i have X, if i take Y which works for the average, Y will make me sicker cause its might not be X after all. It's a relief when things are exactly what they are and my body isn't playing tricks on me.

I meant cluster migranes/headaches. So yesterday i went out to the mall, favorite place, food, people are spread out, exercise. My social skills have been booted out the window, every time i went to talk i couldn't say sht, if I'm not doing something consistently i have to start over, so someone in between me and car door? All i had to say was excuse me, i couldn't do it.
I haven't been out the house before yesterday in about a month, i tried new medicine which messed me up and flared upmy headaches, taking break from it, no severe headache. But since i was completely freaked out yesterday today headache came back.
I did get some awesome shirts, Jurassic park shirt i wanted since i saw Jurassic World, and BB-8 SWs shirt. Thinking of trading the SWs one for Batman v Superman shirt so i can completely fanboy out at the movies if i can go. But Jurassic World is a keeper. Same one worn in the movie. Also need a Captain America one cause Civil War prep yo.
