Ive put too many hours into that mode and the only three I believe within barbershop with more experience are jolly, ghost and ripper/ vahazz ( cough cough former team player aka took over molden heath crew)
Pubs = use what ever the **** you want.
In pc you turned up in a basic proto frame I can guarantee that would most likely be your last. So what if your basic frame can carry two equipment, these four logis say **** you. Your basic proto heavy gets ****** because resistances mean not dying to that re or shotgun. Your basic frame scout is intsa scanned or is so gimped after adding an extra damp over what you would need in the scout suit.
Your basic frame gets destroyed because that min assault had more in the clip/ the amarr didn't overheat/ the gal had a higher rof/ the cal had less recoil.
But not everyone has a 100mill sp!?
**** you stay out of pc till you have atleast one dedicated role you can use then. By 20 mill you should be set already and with todays cap its laughably easy to get sp. In pc you maximize your role be it uplink *****, scan logi, rep logi, av, slayer, capper, vehicle( who by the way are in logi suits to drop uplinks) point heavy, anti scout scout, equipment destroyer or overwatch to name a few.
And guess what. Their not basic frames.

Claim what ever the **** you like for pubs. Pubs is fun mode for ***** and giggles. But in pc basic frames have. No. *******.place in a proper corp line up.

I know fully well about your corp history. You want to bet basic frames have no use? Think about this. Light frames vs scouts. Scouts have 8 bandwidth at proto, light frames have 16 and have the same speed as scouts. Meaning? Light frames are better as starter suits in PC as you can now drop 4 uplinks rather than 2. Oh, and heavy frames? Well, you should just ask every person I ever mowed down on the undercover letter.
