Ready the collective anus, gentlemen. It looks like Scouts will be getting that shaft again. Shaft the MedFrame Majority and risk running off a sizable chunk of the playerbase? Now? Unlikely. Shaft Pilots or AV? Too close to V/AV tuning to be likely. Shaft Heavies after already shafting Heavies with the GalAssault bonus? Unlikely. Shaft Logis or Commandos? These are barely on the competitive kill radar, which seems to grant immunity to balance pass, much less shafting (see GalLogi).

Whilst logis may not be on the competitive kill radar as the direct instruments of death, I'm thinking I'm seeing more downward pressure on the strength of gal logi scans in the forums. Why couldn't that be nerfed and **** off pretty much every merc who uses it regularly whether PC, FW or pubs?
If EWAR 2.0 is also anywhere near on the cards, and active scans are part of this equation, it could be the first preparatory step towards an EWAR 2.0 implementation.
Either that or it's related to PC mechanics. If PC were made more accessible (like raids tried to do) and more reward was available to "lesser" corps, or any sort of disruption to what I assume is a non-aggressive ISK farming exercise since they didn't fix exploits, then that too would **** people off.
I'm thinking that just coz it doesn't have a trello card doesn't mean it's not on the table.
ATEOTD, your tinfoil theory is based on logic that says "it can only **** off the smallest group that hasn't been changed recently". Pretty sure CCP would only *choose* to **** people off if it was addressing an imbalance. Unless the beloved statistics are showing scouts in the ascendancy, it won't be scouts either.
Either that or all the non-PC owners are about to be pissed off :-p

The different kind of scanners does throw a bit of a wrench in the 1 per suit limit. Soo how about just increase fitting requirements so you are only really wanting to run one.

Varoth Drac was chatting about some comments here regarding upgrading the Cloak, it got me pretty interested and I figured here is the most likely place for someone to give a damn... so enjoy..
- Remove Chevron while Cloaked (evenwhile scanned)
it allows the scout some hope even though map can still display location +1
- Adujusting Faded/Blue shimmer.. Still / Slow / Action
it works as it is though I'd consider allowing slow movement an increased low shimmer
- Scan Rings, while a good mechanic.. this messes with Scouts badly (too easy to scan)
so adding scans based on movement, with the current Scan Ring Db changes kept as the baseline for a Scout in motion, further reductions for when still / crouching this way we keep that Scouts get passive scanned easily and offer a counter.
- Cloak delay, possibly improve duration/+regen but I think the firing delay is as needed for balance.
I main a Cloaked Scout, it has downsides but is effective, just a few small tweaks could help out ^^ 
Well that was a surprise.

I did my first PC in a while, was send to guard our HP, and if that got taken & we couldn't retake it back, as in wasting to much time we would take enemy HP. First match i was alone, since they got pushed out of the city they decided to take outside, sent three shotgun scouts & one gal assault. Couldn't hold them off for long so they flipped it.
A couple guys were already on standby in case that happened but we were wasting too much time trying to take it back, so we backed off & attacked their HP. Which we took. Then they took back but by then we had stalled them enough to win. I got mad cause i couldn't do my job, but our FC said, 'If I'm putting you at our HP that means i trust you.'
Next battle, I'm at HP again this time with backup! On & off they hit it & couple times flipped it briefly, but since i had help & they were more focused on city we took it back every time. My Nks hardly worked so i switched to shotgun scout & did much better. We won that one too. He must really trust me to put me at HP TWICE.
I said i needed to work on slaying with my shotgun, & i was told to work on clearing links which i will in.... a few minutes i guess. And on defense. That too.

When i practice skateboarding i read a little about it, found it boring and easier to watch someone do it. With my drawing i can't do that.
But when you know what to practice on, then yes practice makes perfect.

big hotfix just dropped so a lot of field testing. gal and cal got buffs (not scouts tho)
scouts may be gradually slipping back to pre 1.7 hard mode...but breach shotgun got a buff so i dont care much right now, gun is fun, tho rocking it on non-scout suits lol

It's all in the wrist when it comes to curves. I draw quite a bit of manga, myself, but haven't used many books. The resources I DO use are Google images for poses and my very own model (best girlfriend ever).
I remember my friend saying a dude by the name of Mark Crilley or something on YouTube was a good place to start out. This was years ago, though, so I'm not sure if he's still around.
