Better EWAR interplay for the highest number of possible participants. But spend Dev time hammering out the finer points of (A) where we went wrong with Falloff and (B) how to unbone the AM Scout without worsening balance? Not worth their time and headache, in my opinion. We'd just end up arguing the same points with the same clowns as last time. Who knows what new mess we'd end up with. "Trifecta". Ugh

If a competitive AM Scout is a priority, I'm thinking it'd be best to point CPM and Rattati in the direction of a different bonus. I don't think there's any way to make its current bonus competitive without tweaking a significant number of variables. It'd be a tough and complicated sell, and -- if they are actually working on new EWAR mechanics -- not at all worth the time and effort.

Limiting scanners to just one is a bad idea, since one might carry a Flux and Focused. Maybe carry one per type, or have one scan cancel out another. For example: if you try to scan a target that is already scanned, they'll be hidden again. If you want to buff Amarr Scouts, I say the logi scan range nerf and module buff is the way to go. *Scouts United* Gk.0s & Quafes all day.
