To answer the sg ROF buff J0LLY, how would you balance out the bons vs regular sgs? I'm all for a ROF buff just wondering how it could be balanced around bons & exp sgs.

If he's suggesting PRO SG RoF > ADV RoF > STD RoF, then the Bons wouldn't necessarily need be affected.

On the sg, I was seeing/hearing a few people here and there wanting people to have a reason to use higher tier sgs. Would a increase in fire rate do that? To the extent the proto = firing fast as prof 5 used to fire when that was the prof bonus.
(No, I won't give up on getting the sg to fire faster lol)
Or are people stigmatized by the bons sg now, that when they hear anything about the others firing faster they freak?
Edit: hell even the proto firing fast as prof 3 used to, it would be nice.

Most jumpy fits I've seen are minmatar commandos. Not much of anything else, though they're still around.
TT-3 feels like the old one, kind of, which makes me sad that the IP didn't buffed along side it.

Wouldn't touch the Bons, experimental maybe possibly being slightly faster than the proto sgs.

When I say happy I mean - that Domi we played with the two jumper brothers, Serhat and Sedat or whatever their names are - that battle would've been one of the few I would've quit out of sheer annoyance but I stayed coz we were in squad and "ok let's see what happens".
In your experience, how bad was that game would you say? In terms of just being a crap unenjoyable experience? Just trying to get a frame of reference for how those make me feel - they are honestly what makes me want to walk away from this game.
Watching the jumpy-jump and seeing death screens with full proto crap on it just pisses me off. Yeah yeah HTFU git gud yada yada - I'm an average player, you want this game to be full of elite players only? Carry on.
Anyway slight digression there, wanna DUST it up this weekend and try out the following (esp. in light of Adipem's and others commentary on the Breach Shotty):
- Amarr Logi Scout with Breach
- Gal Ass Scout with Breach
- Galmando with Breach, Dual Breach
- Caldari Scout with Breach
- Gal Assault with all AR variants
- Minmando with MD as AV
- maybe a punch suit (never ran one of those before) to get some footage of tank-punch-kill attempts for Jadek lol
Guess I better thrown in the GalScout with breach into all that. Should serve as a good baseline if battles are in balance. Also if I'm playing a lot I may crack open a couple boosters and invest into other shield skills, and try out a Ghost Kaisar GalAssault regen fit - that thing might be awesome.
