Charge shot drops most scouts, spammable when needed. Also covers all the ranges that you could want for initiating an engagement, especially when you are damped and get to pick your fights.

There is two different PVP modes. FOB attacks for resources are what I am excited aboutGǪ Friends can defend each others bases. Especially useful if you get attacked while you are out on an Op. Seems like you could coordinate a raid against someone, but I'm not completely clear on how it all works yet. You do get control over the building of your FOBs and you can staff them with NPCs from your armyGǪ NPCs can get pretty smart but not as good as a player. They do adapt to repeated use of tactics so you do have to switch things up against them. Pretty solid looking raiding setup. Gear up and you me and Molly will do some Nothi business on that end

So I beat MGSV, and then I kept playing it. Then I unlocked all the items I wanted and I kept playing. Then I S ranked all the normal missions and kept playing. Once you get to a certain mission in the story you'll be prompted to build an FOB. Your FOB can be expanded like mother base and outfitted with defensive equipment and soldiers that you choose. If you're playing and somebody raids your FOB you'll be notified and can drop what you're doing to defend, but they can also raid if you're offline. FOB invaders can steal resources on your FOB and soldiers, after which you have a month to counter-invade their base to try and steal the soldiers back. It sounds like it might have a lot of impact on your single player experience at first but personally I haven't noticed any issues, but that may just be because I went in offline mode until I had long since completed the main story so I didn't have to construct the FOB until I wanted to.
