uhhh the game is rated MA or whatever but if you read the EURLA or whatever says 18+ and also PSN requirements im pretty sure are 18+ ... i remember the EULA or whatever was 18+ but haven't made another PSN account for about 6months... ive got at least 5 tho..

I might be late to this conversation, but whatever: ESRB- game is rated T for teen. PEGI- game is rated 16+
The game (to my knowledge) was never rated M, and other that the sadistic soul sucking bastards that think that they are better than everyone else on the forums, has no reason to be.
I'm pretty sure PEGI rated it 16+ for online interaction, and and as everyone who has been to the youtube comments section knows, this is actually pretty tame for that.
And guess what? The age to buy a mature rated game is, guess? 18? no. 17. you have to be seventeen to buy, and play M rated games In the US.

I run Linux, so if I run Skype, I need to redownload WINE, and that is the issue.
If I run wine, whilst running other things bad things happen to good people.
that and this computer was not meant to run Linux, it was a windows eight(I think, possibly seven) laptop, that I uninstalled windows from, and replaced with Gentoo Linux, which (for reasons I will never grasp) slows the computer down tremendously.
It gets bad when I host Google hangouts to, computer starts to over heat, windows start closing randomly, it sucks, but I can't help it at the moment, but thankfully getting a computer is now #2 on my things to get list, right after a new car.......
It shouldn't be long (and I might break down on christmas and buy one), but until the time, I have to wait.....
And the webcam is broken (not that I will ever take the tape off any way but still)

Will start in a single "Province" and will start at level 3.
Party size will be 4 to 6. No bigger.
Limited to 1 Warlock/Sorceror/Wizard per party. In my campaign, true magicians are RARE. More info on specific campaign details later.
GAMEPLAY INFO:
I play things by ear a lot because I HATE keeping track of things. I'm not going to make you keep track of item weight, but don't think that I'll let you carry around 3 cows, a ladder, and a canoe in your backpack. BE REALISTIC.
I LOVE when people get creative. Literally ask me if you can do something if you're unsure. I'll tell you if its reasonable, and ask if you want to do so. You tell me what you do, I do some rolls, and tell you how it turns out. This also holds true for ANY SKILL. If you want to persuade someone, don't just say "I roll to persuade him". Be specific. "I'm going to try to persuade this guard to ignore our crime, telling him that its necessary for the greater good of the town".
I'm okay with you doing stupid things in game, just be prepared for the consequences. Some of the best things in DnD happen because of idiotic ideas. Like when I decided to persuade a party member that some mushrooms were safe to eat. Hallucinogenic night was great.
I'm not here to kill you or make your life hell, I'm here to help you make a story worth playing. That being said, I'll kill you if you're an idiot (DON'T EAT GELATINOUS CUBES), and if you play my game, you need to realize that death is a very real possibility. I'm not happy go lucky everyone lives and gets a happy ending. PC's will die, Party Friends will die, NPC's will die PEOPLE WILL DIE. Be ready for it.
I'm also not a huge fan of boards, I do a lot of my gameplay orally. I can make a quick combat board if really needed, but I prefer to describe what you guys are encountering.
