My legs & arms have random boughrs of shaking. This is new, started at rehab and hasn't stopped. Not constant but its everyday when i first wake up, and its random throughout the day. We think i may have nerve damage somewhere but no one can find anything.
Anyway, when i can play i have a lot of fun. A corpmate gave me me Tiger scout when i gave him half ISK for it, paid him the other half & now i have a APEX suit!

Dunno how much it gets done to get ahead of a player in a round.
Do agree with viewers doing it streamers though. Especially if the streamer is using cam so the dumb dude can watch as the cop sweep the room. It's dumb as hell and dangerous to do. Good bit of videos of streamers being swatted.
Looks like the next thing will actually be swatting people on the um..adult websites.

I started playing Amarr Scout. I went full armor tanking with complex ferroscales for 520 HP of armor. I repair with a Compact Nanohive, which seems good enough repair rate. I do however feel a bit slow, so probably is better to put a red bottle? Idk, if I wanna be very fast I'd have just go CalScout or MinScout. I feel AmScout is meant to be tanky.
In the highs I have 2 complex precision enhancers for 20 dB. Is this too low? I've been thinking there should be 2 myos there instead but I really don't wanna play scrubby. Though a jumping scout is fair game I guess since we're so squishy...So what to put in the highs?

Amarr scout has a fair bit of health built in. I'm biased in this view because I run Minja as my main with no HP modsGǪ so when I run my Amarr it seems tanky enough lol
Two Damps is what I run when I need to be stealthy most of the time. One works fine often. Stamina wise I never run a Green bottle because it's not really needed.

If you ever want to know precision/dampening numbers, check the top of the first post. There is always an up to date spreadsheet.
I think that you are probably hurting yourself carrying that much HP on a Scout. I could get an Assault, throw on a Complex Plate, Kincat, and a couple dampeners and have more HP AND lower profile. A good rule of thumb is to get to around 20 dB Profile, then add speed or HP from that point.
The only two decent High Slot items are Myos and Shields. Maybe a PG Enhancer if you use a lower tier suit and want to use better stuff elsewhere.
A lot of it comes down to what you want to accomplish, and how you play. I think having a range really helps, not only to be flexible for different circumstances, but to see what works best for you.

Consider also that your precision (the 20dB you speak of) affects all three scan circles, so I would try different precision levels out if I were you and see how much more or less you can see with each. I tend to calculate optimal precision based on the middle and outer circles - look at what your opponents can do to nullify your advantage, and one-up them.
A single dampened assault will come in at 30dB profile - do you want to see them in your outer ring? The more you can see in the outer ring, the better, otherwise I'd suggest you're not using the Amarr scout's race bonus to its advantage.
Amarr scout outer ring progress goes:
35 --> 28 --> 23
Assault profile progression goes:
41 --> 30 --> 24 --> 20 --> 19
Speed vs tank? Depends on your play-style and weapon choice. I would suggest a 500 eHP suit that isn't very mobile isn't much use at closing into shotgun range, no matter what you can see :)
However if you're using a more rangy weapon, then remember the Amarr's profile advantage only extends out to 30m no matter what you do....chances are other suits do that better.
Note I'm using the assault as a comparison for a baseline - you can switch different suits into the mix to get more detailed. Same with the middle ring.
