Do you detract from those points with your tone/choice of language? Yes, though you don't come across as a rage monkey.
Does some of the posts in your thread by other people discourage discussion? Absolutely. Unfortunately this seems to be a theme in vehicle discussion, and i believe may be part of the reason progress is slow in that aspect of Dust.

I would say it's because scouts are suitable for CQC (though I know Void likes long range) but generally, your main weapon should be short range. Any other suit with a rifle should win, because any other suit should have more HP.
I would apply your statement to all bar the Minja for the reasons above - coz knives. |

It wasn't a book - it was actually fanfiction that I'm mildly ashamed to have read (the writing was terrible) but despite normally looking down on such things I found the story compelling.

Had a few corp mates try it out and really like it. I haven't used it for some time but I remember previously not liking it. I believe you guys mostly prefer the breach?
Any pros/cons on it and suggested variant to use and when? I'll pass it along and may try it out myself a bit more. |

Used to use the Breach SCP a lot on Llast. Preferred it over the regular due to the low ROF, spamming rarely worked out for me. Headshots were easier to land with the Breach coupled with the higher damage meant you had a good chance when punching above your weight. I used it as my backup when running knives. Lots of people moved away from it when the new pistols came out. The ROF on the regular version was decreased (The Ion Pistol took that role) Bolt Pistol got the longer range (and penchant for headshots)
Can't say that i remember trying the BurstGǪ I think I will now.
Edit: Strangely I switched to the Ion Pistol, with it's high ROF, though I tend to go for the charged shot. I think it's the versatility that I like.

I've been there, and the only way to fill the void is with more media. And so, if you'll allow me to demonstrate why you've been doing life wrong up until this point, let me recommend a little manga series called Berserk.
Do you like low fantasy settings? Do you like dark, gritty worlds that use magical realism to tell human stories? Do you like top notch writing, drawing, characters and worldbuilding? Do you like having objectively good taste in art and not being a filthy casual? Then Berserk is for you. As an added bonus, it hasn't ended yet and probably never will, so you'll never be disappointed by the ending! It doesn't get much better than that.
(Seriously though, I HIGHLY recommend it. Starts a tiny bit slow but picks up quickly. Use this torrent.)

I prefer the viziam and assault scp. The assault is beast in cqc, and the viziam is beast in cqc and mid. Sucks when you ads tho.
