They do it right. I'm very picky about my sandwitches. Heck, I used to get subs from Caseys ( A gas station) rather than subway because Caseys actually put sh*t on their subs.

Firehouse subs is also very good in the Midwest. Them and JJ are my favorites around here for sub sandwitches.
In my opinion, they're the best for both cost and quality. I'm not going to spend $11 on a sandwitch, but I'll gladly spend $7 if they make it worth it.

I knew I was in for disappointment the moment I'd stepped through the door. The place was slammed, and not a single fat person in sight. An overwhelming majority of women. Artsy student girls, ladies in tennis skirts, hotties in scrubs, old cackling hen types. The rare male waifish and each sporting fancyboy jeans.
Thought about turning around and leaving, but traffic was sh*t. So I stuck it out.
$15 and 30 life minutes wasted.

Now, on my advanced fit I run an enhanced + complex damp, which gets me to 20db. Perhaps it would be useful to drop one and go armour, but as someone who can't not run uplinks, I just don't have the PG available. I suspect that with most fits, the PG could be better spent on shields, equipment or weapons, rather than armour.
A kincat is almost always the best option for the third slot. A Codebreaker is a potential option too.
Speed and stealth, as Ghost says, is what a scouts are about. Otherwise you'd be better off with something else.
Just wish Ghost would listen to what people are saying a little more. I did say *if you are happy with 24dB and 9.35 m/s*
Pretty obvious he doesn't really see much else except end-game, and there's nothing wrong with that, just that's not what was being discussed.
The question was, if you're happy with 24dB and 9.35 m/s, what would you put in the 3rd low?
*Obviously* that is not an end-game consideration, which is why I made it clear in the first place. |

Damage Mods Question.
So recently they 'fixed' the Krin damage mod display so you see it for light & heavy weapons.
So I have a Advanced Cal Heavy and I have 3 Krin damage mods on it. The first one changes all the weapon multipliers to 1.04 then 1.08 for the next one, then 1.12 for the next one and I threw one extra just for the heck of it and the fourth gives 1.17.
So my question is are damage modifiers supposed to have stacking penalties? My understanding is that they are supposed to have them. However, if this display is not showing the stacking penalties than what degree of confidence can we have that they work in game?
Another thought to think about, we know red & profile dampeners (lows) stacking penalties work but we also know that jump mods (in highs) don't work. Could there be an issue with high mod stacking penalties? |

The display always worked like that even when the stat only showed in the one place. Same for all damage mods...stacking penalties are not displayed.
The Krins were tested when they first came out. Stacking penalties working as intended. Unless they broke it...which I've never seen any evidence that they did, just people jumping on a "they're borked" bandwagon. |

I know they always worked like that but while i was looking at the fix I started wondering about if they really work. I know regular damage mods do the same thing. Why would they fix something but not really show the right stat. It's misleading to the NPE and you can never tell at a glance if something is really working.

Totally agree, it's little details that get missed that cause problems, but this is also why people take the time to test, just to make sure **** is either broken or in fact working despite a broken UI stating otherwise.
Unless there is some evidence elsewhere that they broke at some point, I choose to believe the testing done by a kind merc right when the event ended to check they were working as intended is still applicable. |
