Today was a pretty good day. I ran with a nearly full 0.H squad and we played a few Skirms. In one match, we were put against DAAAA BEAST and Ripley Riley (who was in a full squad of Incorruptibles). I managed to kill BEAST once with my CR, and another time with a Blaster Installation (which is seriously OP btw ). I killed Ripley once with a CR too. Sadly though, whilst I was busy manning (camping ) the Installation, BEAST came 'round from the back and stabbed me.

I could've sworn Rattati had finally decided on swapping Logistics and Assault movement speeds but I'm not finding it on the big board of things or the development roadmap (which haven't been updated for a while) and I don't currently have the time ((or patience)) to dig through Rattati's recent posts so I'll have to abstain for now. I might go spelunking through forum post history after my classes are over though

I can confirm he posted that they were changing the assault and logi speeds. Don't remember where though.

I remember it was definitely one of the ideas he was tossing around a while back as a possibility, but I think he recently mentioned that it was probably going to happen. Whether or not he actually said that is another question entirely

Was it in the biomassed podcast? I remenber ratatti saying something flipping assault/logi movement speeds amomst some other ideas he was throwing about. I hear hs voice when i think of it, which makes me think it was spoken aloud vs forum text. I could be crazy though, i do play dust after all.

A. The raiding concept ... for a new corporation, it is prohibitively expensive to save up for clone packs ... what we're trying to do is allow you to get some training in through raiding ... the design is that you can attack a district through command points ... raiding could be an 8v8 battle, for example. The raid would spin up a battle; maybe acquisition or domination; maybe less skirmish. The design would be, if you attack a district with clones and you win, you would sell a percentage immediately and reap the reward. If you lose, you get nothing but the damage you inflicted.

A. Logis are next. Will probably swap Assault and Logistic speeds to keep in line with a hitpoint-per-speed ratio. This might help with the Minmatar Assault issue as well.
