I have to say, after playing today, I think all the QQ is highly over rated.
Maybe its because I didn't try and whip out a 5 Myo BMF, and was too cheap (and ineffective) to pull out my 3 Myo M/1 and MD. I just died too easily.
Perhaps this is because I stick with Minja, IDK.
I need to take some time tomorrow to make more fits.
Perhaps this is the build I finally pull out that Cal Scout I skilled into about a year ago that I have used all of maybe 5 times...

On a serious note, the more I play Echo the more I'm anticipating a steep decline in Scout performance this build.
Myofibs are too fun not to fit, so Scouts will keep fitting 'em. And we'll keep getting our arses handed to us, at a greater frequency than before thanks to a lack of shield buffer. Meanwhile, our speedy alpha takedowns -- one of the few things keeping class efficiency in the black -- just got alot less reliable and alot more protracted.
Don't get me wrong; I'm having a blast. Echo's jumps are the most fun I've had since Beta. But I'm not content to die as often as I kill. Too much work goes into flanking and assassination to get robbed at the last second by targets with 3x my HP, a jetpack and unbeatable CQC passives protecting his six.
TL;DR - I see myself running more Assault than Scout this build. Here's the fit I'm running at the moment:

However: is the Amarr Scout BPO any good without Amarr scout skills? This seems like a pretty nice pick up...can run matches for free after all.

Hopefully someday soon, we can get your AM Scout a new racial bonus to biotics; it'll be well worth running if that happens. Meanwhile, you're probably better off running your BPO GalScout. It can get under scans with one damp; your AM will take 2. AM Scout racial bonus is to passive scans, but these won't get you much more than you're already getting.

I think it might actually be an Amarr Logi.
I recall seeing on the forums people complaining about an Amarr Logi fit being called a scout, but really it was a Logi. There was much confusion at first as to whether it was intended to be a scout.

I came up with a fit that still suits my needs, great for flanking although it has little staying power compared to heavies.

HS : Shield Extenders
LS : x2 Complex Ferroscale, x1 Complex Kin, x1 Enhanced Damp
EQ: A-19 Scanner, K-2 Hive
GR: Core locus
Weapons : Viziam SCR, SR-25 Bolt Pistol
I can move around quickly and for the most part, under the radar. I have some tank to survive a few shots that hit me. The scanner is for finding stragglers and picking up an easy kill.
I have the SCR and Bolt Pistol equipped to complement one another, while offering a great combination of heavy hitting weapons.
