Range amps took a nerf (from 45% -> 15% for complex) with the recent scanning changes. Scanning numbers were added to the fitting screen so you can try putting on a full rack of amps to see where that lands you.
Or if you would rather just see a comparison of the number of modules and their effects you can go to the 'output' sheet, under the section for Scout - Minmatar in this spreadsheet: LINKY |
